as for the product itself, it’s highly recommended. I dont feel sluggish anymore. I lose 8 lbs so far. love the flavor and it doesn’t taste “medicine flavor” thumbs up!!!

This isn’t a magic pill that will melt the pounds away. You still need to watch what you eat and follow the keto diet guidelines. My husband seen an increase in his energy level, which makes him more productive at work.
